High Speed Internet Terms and Conditions:

  1. By subscribing to High Speed Internet service from CS Technologies (CST) or its DBA Central Broadband, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. Customer agrees to comply with the “Acceptable Use Policy” as posted online. This policy may change from time to time. The current version of the “Acceptable Use Policy” is posted at www.centralbb.com.
  3. Central Broadband may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is posted at www.centralbb.com.
  4. The Customer is expected to make timely payments for services provided. A late payment fee may be imposed. If the Customer is permanently disconnected for non-payment any early termination fee will be billed before the account is sent to collections. If Customer requests a reconnection of a service suspended for non-payment a $25 charge may apply.
  5. Central Broadband assumes no responsibility for recovery or storage of your data.
    1. Central Broadband makes no express or implied warranty of any kind. Central Broadband makes no attempt to verify accurate receipt of any message and is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, incorrect deliveries or service interruptions, including those caused by the negligence, errors, or omissions of Central Broadband or consequential damages regardless of cause.
  6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
  7. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Customer is obligated to pay for service as detailed on the final invoice. The termination of service prior to the end of an agreement term does not remove the Customer from any financial obligations related to the term agreement. When service is terminated prior to the end of an agreement term, the Customer will be billed an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining term.
  8. Any term agreement will become effective with the date of installation.

  10. Central Broadband reserves the right to charge for usage in excess of a 7500 GB per month allowance for all High Speed Internet services.
